Padel Maintenance Premium
A B2B store and showcase built from scratch for a padel court maintenance specialist, then looked after every month. A 3D visual, a Shopify catalogue, then a switch to a quote-based model at the client's request.

Context
Padel Maintenance Premium maintains and equips padel courts for clubs. The company’s main website presents its services. No competitor covered glass panels, run-off protection and club textiles all at once. They needed a separate store and showcase, without touching the existing site.
What I did
- A custom Next.js site: home, store and product pages, cart, three service pages built for Google, FAQ, complete legal pages.
- A catalogue connected to Shopify, with colour variants for each textile product, and the supplier’s real photos cut out and normalised by my own scripts.
- An interactive 3D model of a padel glass panel at real dimensions, compressed from 35 MB to under 400 KB to stay fast.
- A quote form with email delivery and a fallback if the service is down.
- Then, as monthly care: online payment removed in favour of a single quote request, a new page for a new line of business, a before-and-after block, a certification badge, prices switched to excluding VAT, mobile fixes, security headers, modern image formats.
- Two separate environments, one for the client and one for development, so the client only sees approved versions.
Results for the client
- A store and showcase online in three weeks, six products with photos and variants, four service pages.
- A model that fits the business: every request arrives as a quote, and the client keeps control over every order.
- Monthly care in place since August 2026, with changes as they come and priority support.
